Stranger than fiction

Gentle Reader,

Until recently, I was lying to you. I say in my ‘About’ that I’ve ‘consolidated my writing into one place’. What I’d neglected to do was to share some of my fiction with you. Here then is the space where my imaginative prose and cons live.

Healing

What happens when the Healer needs healing? How can a daughter come of age fast enough to save her mother from the sharp, piercing pain growing  daily inside? Can young Heja control ‘Them’ or will ‘They’ control her and consequently take her mother away?
